Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Mount Vernon crews are already moving. Our Mount Vernon-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Mount Vernon, VA kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Mount Vernon roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Ceiling Water Damage Repair in Mount Vernon isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Mount Vernon, VA licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Mount Vernon, VA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Mount Vernon property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mount Vernon call at a time.

If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Mount Vernon line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.

We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Mount Vernon property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Mount Vernon, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Mount Vernon businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Mount Vernon crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
